You can save your progress by signing in with your Google or Apple account.

How to save progress

1 - Tap the "Save Progress" button located either on the first screen below or on the settings screen.

2 - Tap 'Sign in with Google/Apple' button 

For Android players: Only Google Sign in is available

For iOS players: Both Google and Apple sign-in options are available.

3 - Select your Google/Apple account, and upon successful sign-in, you will get a 'Success!' message.

Q: I've got a new device. How can I restore my game progress?

A: To restore your progress, simply sign in using the same Google/Apple account that you used on your previous device.

Q: Is it possible to play using the same account on multiple devices?

A: Yes, it is possible to use the same account on multiple devices. However, it's important to note that simultaneous gameplay across these devices is not supported. If any activity is detected on one device while you're playing on another, you will be automatically logged out from the other device.

Q: Can I connect to a different Google/Apple account? 

A: Yes, it's easy! Just tap the 'Save Progress' button, followed by the 'Sign Out' button to successfully log out of your Google/Apple account. Afterward, you can log in to Chrome Valley Customs with a different account by tapping the 'Sign in with Google/Apple' button.

Q: I lost access to the Google/Apple account that was used to save my game progress!
A: Sorry but we are unable to assist you directly in this matter. However, we kindly suggest that you try recovering your password or take any necessary steps to regain access to your Google/Apple account.
