Is the game giving you trouble?  We're really sorry!  Please try these steps:

Try a different network: While Chrome Valley Customs can be played offline, an unstable connection can cause issues. Try changing from mobile data to Wi-Fi or to a different Wi-Fi network.

Reset Your Modem: You can reset your phone's modem by restarting it or toggling Airplane Mode off and on.

Restart your phone: Memory can be an issue on some devices. Restarting your phone is the fastest way to clear memory and give your phone a fresh start.  

Close other apps: the other thing that eats a lot of memory is having many apps open, even if they're just lurking in the background.  Closing them may help the game run better.
